Q. Is it safe for my dog/cat?
Yes. Our solutions are non-toxic and eco-friendly. Once the carpet is rinsed and drying, it is perfectly safe for pets to walk on.
Q. Will the stain come back?
Our extraction method removes the source, so stains usually do not return. However, if the urine has chemically bleached the carpet fibres (turning them orange/yellow), that color change is permanent.
Q. Does it stop them peeing there again?
