Yes — but no lengthy contracts required. We work on a flexible basis: one-off deep cleans, regular monthly or quarterly maintenance, or reactive call-outs. You agree the frequency and we schedule accordingly. We don't lock you in — the work should speak for itself.
Commercial pricing is based on total area (square metres), carpet type, level of soiling and access requirements. We visit your premises first, measure up accurately and provide a written PDF quote — no guesswork, no surprises. There is no charge for the site survey.
Yes to both. We are DBS checked, which is required for working in schools, nurseries and environments where children or vulnerable adults may be present. We carry full public liability and treatment risk insurance — proof of insurance is available on request, as are risk assessments and COSHH data sheets.
With our industrial extraction equipment, most commercial carpets are ready for foot traffic within 2 to 4 hours — significantly faster than portable domestic machines. We can also deploy fast-dry fans to speed the process further if a very tight turnaround is needed. We'll give you a specific re-entry time before we leave.
There is a minimum call-out charge that applies to all commercial jobs — this covers travel, setup and the site survey element of smaller jobs. For larger premises and regular contracts the per-area rate reduces accordingly. We'll always be upfront about the minimum in your quote so there are no surprises.
