    By floor area, carpet type and how bad it is, which is why I come and look first. The visit is free. The minimum call-out is £120, and larger jobs work out cheaper per square metre. Invoice after the job, by transfer or card, and I can work to a purchase order.

    Both. £5m public liability plus cover for the things being cleaned, and DBS checked for schools and nurseries. Ask and I'll send the certificates, a risk assessment and the product safety sheets.

    Hours rather than days. I pull most of the water back out as I go, and I'll give you a time before I leave so you can plan opening. Cold or damp weather takes longer and I'll say so.

    No. Book one clean, or set up a regular slot and change it whenever you like. Nothing ties you in.
