My story

Why I started PurgeBright

I wanted to do this job properly, so I went and learned it properly. I trained with the National Carpet Cleaners Association, which is the trade body for carpet cleaners in the UK, and I bought my own machines rather than hiring them.

Then I built one way of working and I use it on every single job, whether it's one bedroom or a whole house. Nothing gets skipped because a job is small.

PurgeBright is deliberately small too. I'm not trying to grow it into a franchise. I'd rather take on a few jobs a week and get every one of them right.

Whatever you book and whenever you book it, this part stays the same.

The same person

The person who answers your message is the person who turns up. Not a subcontractor and not someone sent in my place. You'll know exactly who is coming into your home.

The same six steps

Every job gets the full clean, start to finish. A small job is not a rushed job. I use the same machines and the same process either way.

The same price

I look at the rooms with you and give you a price before anything starts. That number doesn't move. Nothing gets added on afterwards.

Anyone can say they're insured. Ask me for any of this and I'll send it over.

NCCA certified member Trained and tested by the trade body for carpet cleaners in the UK. It covers fabrics, stains and cleaning technique.
Fully insured Your carpets and sofas are covered, not just your house. A lot of cleaners only cover the house.
DBS checked Background checked, which matters when someone is spending half a day in your home.
