? Do I need to vacuum first?
No. We perform a commercial-grade HEPA vacuuming step as part of our process to remove dry soil before we begin wet cleaning.
? How long until I can walk on it?
Carpets are usually damp for 2-6 hours. You can walk on them immediately with clean socks/indoor shoes, but avoid street shoes until fully dry.
? Do you move furniture?
We move lighter items (sofas, tables, chairs). We clean around heavy items like wardrobes and TV units unless moved beforehand.
? Will stains come back?
No. We use a neutralising rinse that prevents "wicking" (stains resurfacing). If a stain is permanent (like bleach burn), we will tell you beforehand.
