No. The price we quote is the price you pay. If we arrive and find the job is different than described (e.g., a room is much larger), we will discuss any price adjustment *before* we start cleaning.
For most residential jobs, no deposit is required. Payment is due upon completion of the work. For large commercial contracts, a deposit may be discussed.
Yes, we have a minimum call-out charge of £60. This covers our travel, setup time, and equipment preparation.
If free parking is available, there is no charge. If your property only has paid parking or requires a permit, we ask that you cover the parking cost or provide a visitor permit.
