Common Questions
Will it be dry by bedtime?
If we clean in the morning, yes. Mattresses typically take 4-6 hours to dry completely. We recommend booking a morning slot for this service.
Are the chemicals skin-safe?
Absolutely. We use skin-safe, non-toxic cleaning solutions that are rinsed away completely. We do not use harsh bleaches or detergents that cause irritation.
Can you remove yellow stains?
We are very successful at removing or significantly reducing yellow sweat stains using enzyme treatments. However, old stains that have aged for years may be permanent.
Do you clean both sides?
Our standard price covers the top and sides (the sleeping surface). If you require the underside cleaned, we can flip it and do both for a small extra fee, but drying time will be longer.
